I like the balloon, but the kites are just NOT what I imagined! I had an awesome idea but somewhere along the way it got lost in translation!! 😉
I used several LA Colors & Kiss Nail Art Stripers plus a base of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure-Barracuda, Spoiled-Designated Driver, Finger Paints-Curator’s Crimson.
