Gimme That Bling!

Today’s challenge mani for the Girly Girly Nail art Challenge is

Gimme That Bling- Diamonds are a girls best friend, so put some sparkle on those nails!

I’ve had two gradients pinned to my Pinterest that were perfect inspiration for this theme! You can see them here and here.

I started with 2 coats of China Glaze Innocence.

It’s such a pretty sheer pink, perfect for a french mani!!

I added Finger Paints Black Expressionism to my tips. After it dried I started 1/2 way down the black tip and sponged on 2 coats of essence Special Effect! Topper in Hello Holo. Then to add a little more depth I sponged LA Colors Sparkling Diamond which is a chunkier silver hex glitter.

Since Diamonds are a girl’s best friend I decided to add some black and clear rhinestones to my accent nail! After I finished this mani I started thinking about other versions to try! Maybe do the same design on 4 nails and recreate the accent nail out of all rhinestones? I can’t wait to try it out! 😉
